Packing has started

well the time has come we are starting to get things inorder to pack up.  The first movers come tomorrow to move the small things and then monday they come to pack the whole house.  I am trying to not stress about any of it. I keep reminding myself that if it doesn't get done then oh well, it will all get figured out somehow.  I will say keeping my cool sometimes is hard.  I try not to take any of my frustrations out on my little one who is 2.  I know he doesn't understand but when he is screaming because he doesn't want to get in his car seat it can be very hard not to go off, but I have remained calm when it comes to his.  My husband well that can be a different story.  I think we are just two different people when it comes to pressure.  He is definetly alot more calm about it.  For example, i was up and doing things at 830 this morning and he comes home at 1030, not thinking about what needs to be done.  I know its just because we are two different people, but we make it work and we still had a great day getting things done.
It just so crazy to think we move to Japan in about 3 weeks. Wow where is the time going?

Just the beginning-Japan

Today is Sept 30, 2010

I have just realized my life is about to be completely crazy.  I have only a few weekends before we have to move out of our house and then 2 weekends in jacksonville with my parents and brothers family.  I feel like I am not going to have enough time to get everything done.  We have rented our house out to an older couple so I feel relieved about that.
When I think about moving to Japan I think of the excitment it is to move there but then I think of how far we are going to be from the people we love.  I know this experience is only going to be great.  Mason is going to see things that most people wouldn't see in a life time.  He is going to have a partner in crime in Febuary so this will not be a dull time in our lives.  I am just lucky to have a husband who is there for me and helps out with everything we do.  We are a team and he makes sure we are a happy family.
I thought I might start blogging how this experience is from the month before the move, during our move, and after we move. Then of course while we are living in Japan I will periodically write in about how the Watts family is doing and sharing our experiences with everyone.
